HipHopDX reported today that Keith Elam, better known as Gang Starr’s Guru, slipped into a coma today after undergoing cardiac arrest. 7 Grand Records has asked for a respect for the Elam family’s privacy in this matter. With that in mind, we should all give his family the space they need right now, but keep praying for them. Guru is a legend of Hip Hop and we hope to see a full and fast recovery.
