DJ Hyphen & J. Moore – Sunday Night Sound Session 541, 542 & 543 [Radio Shows]

Posted on December 18, 2015 by

we appreciate your patience recently as we’ve been delayed with getting episodes of SNSS archived and had to miss a few weeks on air as well.  As mentioned in the last update, J’s been battling some health issues but as we expected, he’s fighting through them like a champ and feeling much better.  Before he makes his triumphant return to the airwaves tonight in Seattle, we wanted to get the last few episodes posted for you guys.

Here’s show #541, featuring music from Michael Christmas, Chance The Rapper, Add-2, Lady Leshurr, Monday/Friday, Dave B, Pell, GoldLink, Snoop, Raleigh Ritchie, Miike Snow, and many more.  We ran two special throwbacks on this episode to celebrate some classic album anniversaries, plus we were joined in studio by one of the dopest MC’s in Seattle, Romaro Franceswa.

Since J. Moore’s been recovering over the last month or so, we pulled some strings and executed this episode of SNSS all the way from London, where I’ve been working this past year for my ESPN day job.  Special shout to the ESPN and KUBE folks that helped set things up so I could make my return to the airwaves.  It was great fun being back on the mic and I’m looking forward to my official return in the next few months when I get back home to Seattle.

For now, enjoy this international episode of SNSS with dope new music from the likes of Pusha T, Run The Jewels, Dave B, Porter Ray, Golden Rules, Anderson Paak, Kali Uchis, RDGLDGRN, EarthGang, PREP, Alex Wiley, Erykah Badu & Andre 3000, Mack Wilds, Majid Jordan, and more.  Quality throughout…hope you agree!

That’s right, your eyes do not deceive you!  We’re back just like that with the latest episode of SNSS to cap off a quick flurry of 3 archives in a row for y’all.  Show #543 marked J. Moore’s return to the studio so for that occasion alone, it was a great episode, but we also packed it full of heat.  New tracks from Rick Ross & CeeLo (produced by Jake One), 50 Cent, Pusha T, Sam Sparro, Myke Bogan, Bas & J. Cole, Kwabs, Tom Misch, Raleigh Ritchie, The Internet, esta., BJ The Chicago Kid, Charles Hamilton, and more.  Shout to DV-One for dropping by the studio to chop it up as well.
