A cerebral rapper with a soft-spoken Southern drawl, Taylor Gang’s Tuki Carter shares his label boss Wiz Khalifa’s passion for art, fashion, and especially weed. Originally a tattoo artist and entrepreneur behind tattoo parlor franchise City of Ink, Tuki first connected with Taylor Gang through Rick Ross, who filmed the video for “Super High (Remix)” at Tuki’s parlor. Five years later, Tuki is an integral part of the gang, making several appearances on the label compilation tape TGOD Vol. 1 and enlisting many of the label’s artists and producers for his tapes.
