Mpulse is back with week 30 of his “52 Weeks” series. “Money Under The Sofa” finds Mpulse keeping his eye on the prize. We all want to make a lot of money, and the smart thing is to stash it for when you really need it, and thats exactly what Mpulse does for Week 30.
On this weeks release, Mpulse links with Don Cannon to talk about things he’s willing to tolerate on his journey through life. “Cool With That” is very relaxed but doesn’t stop Mpulse from doing what he always does – putting on a show with his lyrics and delivery.
Mpulse re-connects with frequent collaborators Keef Boyd, Don Cannon, and Lyle LeDuff for this weeks cut. For the first time since week 1 of Mpulse’s “52 Weeks” campaign, all 3 producers link up to help Mpulse paint a gritty picture about the “field”.
3 and a half months in, Mpulse continues his “52 Week” campaign with “Broken Dreams”. Mpulse takes a different approach and has fun over the hard-hitting, eerie, signature production of fellow Chicagoan Billionaire Boyscout.
For a milestone week, we come through with the infectious “Boomin'”, where we find Mpulse reflecting on the doubters and how far he has come.
Mpulse links with frequent collaborator Keef Boyd, along with co-production from Don Cannon. “Hold On”, a personal favorite of Mpulse, has a bounce that compliments the catchy flow by Pulse.
This week, Mpulse gives us insight on his daily goals while delivering the same high-powered flow that we’re so used to hearing from the 24-year-old emcee.
